Refund policy

TopsyX Store sells digital licenses and access, activated on your own personal account. Because a delivered digital product can be used immediately, orders are not refundable once delivered, except where required by law or where we made a mistake.

Before delivery: if your order is still pending payment or awaiting fulfillment and you no longer want it, contact us and we'll do our best to cancel it.

Problem with a delivered order: if what you received doesn't match what you ordered, or doesn't work as described, contact us with your order number and we'll review it. We'd rather fix a genuine issue than hide behind a blanket no-refund line.

Payment issue: if you paid and your order was not delivered as agreed, contact us on WhatsApp with your proof of payment: it is for us to resolve, not you.
